Hassan,

With you curser clicked on the cell with the text, go to the standard
toolbar and click on Format -> Cells. In the Format Cells dialog box go to
the alignment tab. The Orientation option will allow you to rotate your text.

Unfortunately, this also rotates the borders, which the OP didn't want.
I don't know of any way to do what is desired with borders, since the
alignment refers to the cell, not just the text.

I would like to write a label in cell then rotate it without rotate the
boarder lines of cell ?
the boarder must be fixed but the text in cell be rotate for example in 45"
?
