about crashed or problematic database of project server

Hi,

I want to know if the project server database is crashed and i want to
correct it

i have one idea is that

1). i save all projects as a mpp files .

and export enterprise global template

2) reinstall project server again and then import all mpp

files into it .
and then import enterprise global template .

it will get back the user to its orignal state or not or recover all things
or not.

my idea is true or not

give me answer
