about delay tasks (pls reply me soon)

Hi,

I want to know about if the manager assign a task of 10 hours to team
members but the team member is not so efficient and he delay the task and
complete it in 15 hours how the ENTEREPRISE PROJCECT MANAGEMENT knows
about it and how to inform to the manager about that his team member delay
the task of 5 hours.

The team member enters 15 hours of Actual Work in the PWA timesheet and
submits the update to the project manager. The project manager updates the
actuals into the project plan and saves the plan. The project manager
should then apply the Work Overbudget filter to see all tasks in which team
members entered Actual Work that exceeded the Baseline Work for the task.
This assumes that your project managers save a baseline for their projects
before entering progress. Hope this helps.
