About Office 2003

I have installed Windows 7 and after installing Office 2003 again I always
have to acsept the licens everytime I start Word, Outlook, Excel .......
I have activated the program but still I get the licenswindow up.
Do you have any suggestion?

Right-click on an Office program shortcut, choose to run the Office
program as Administrator, accept the EULA, close the Office program, and
then start the Office program normally.

If the previous suggestion doesn't help, then see

End User License Agreement every time that you start an Office program".
