about office xp small business (eng version) without function for

i am using win xp pro OS(trad. chinese version ) and i installed the office
XP small business(eng version )..

I have the following problem :
i cannot find the function, which easy can be found in the The MS-word of
office XP standard (also trad. chinese ver) , that use to make convert
between Traditional Chinese character and Simplified Chinese character....

anyone can tell me how to use that function in this office XP small
business(eng version )..
