About Outdent

I am using Ms project 2003 standard version.
Having problem with Outdent.
i have done indent.But then when i want to outdent it,the option is not
working.
I tried thro' menu as well as thro tool.
Can anyone help me with this.
It is very urgent

Jan,
Actually SP2 solved that problem so unless the poster needs the items
addressed by SP3, installing the latest update isn't really necessary.
