Dear Group

I have a report that contains Logo in it. My purpose is to attach this
report to an email. If I open the report in Print preview mode and right
click on it, I get the option to sent it as rtf or html or snp file. In snp
the picture can be seen but not many of the user use snp file format, so is
there any way I can attach it as pdf or other format. In rtf format, the
picture is not saved.

Please give me some solution.

You don't mention what version of ms-access. In access 2007, you can now
create pdf's.

However, there is a free ad-in that lets you create pdf's from ms-access,
and it will preserve pictures etc....

You can find it here:

Dear Group

I opened the website www.lebans.com, but I could not use that database
because I have access 97. Please give me a solution about this.

The Access version is Access 97. Sorry I did not mention it.

There is a TRUCKLOAD of free pdf creators on the web, and you can grab one
from here:
http://www.acrosoftware.com/products/cutepdf/Printer.asp

The above is a "printer" type system in which you print to the pdf printer,
and it creates the pdf document. So, you can use the above free system. (the
only drawback is that you can't control (set) the pdf output file name via
code.

Another one that is actually programmable from ms-access (you can set the
output file name) can be found here:
www.sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/

So, both the above will work with a97.

The main advantage of Stephens solution is you don't have to install a
printer driver (that might not matter to you), and that it is quite easy to
set the output pdf file in code (it certainly easer then the above
pdfcreator).

Anyway, you can well use/try one of the above solutions, and not worry about
Stephens solution.

If you want to try Stephens solution, then simply find someone with a2000,
a2002, or a2003, and they can convert the application to a97 for you.
(access 2000-2003 has the ability to save as in a97 format).

The problem is that a97 is MORE then 10 years old now. (about 4-5 versions
of access ago), so it becoming harder and harder to find downloadable files
in that format. However, as noted above, there still a good number of
solutions to your problem...

Dear Group

I opened the mdb file of Stephens solution, in A2003, but could not find the
way how to save it as a97 file. When ever I tried to use the Save As option
it tried to save a form or module which ever is selected in different name ,
not the mdb file.

Please give me a solution about it.
