About sync to protected actuals

Hi,
In our project plan, we use both global resorces and local resources.
While applying [Sync to Protected Actuals], we don't want it to sync those
tasks which assign to local resources.

Is there any way to accomplish our needs?
I think we might need to adjust the stored procedure called by PDS.
Any idea which one should I start to?
