about the inactive resources which are still appearing

Hi,

I want to know about the problem of resources which are left the company and
we "Deactivate" them instead of deleting them .
but after deactivating those resources . why these resources are appearing
on the LEFT HAND SIDE OF Available Resources section.

when we click view resource assignments of the RESOURCE CENTRE PAGE..

how I can delete those resources from the view resource assigments page.

Micheal:

Deactivating a resource preserves the historic work record on your projects.
Deactivating them does not remove them from assignments past, current or
future. This is the job of the PM or planners maintaining the schedule.
Until you remove these resources from planned work, Project will continue to
nag you when you open your project plans.
