about the user is not showing in active directory dialog box for add in resource pool

Hi ,

the user is add in the active directory of the company.

but when I want to add the user from the active directory into enterprise
resource pool the user is not appearing in the active directory dialog box
..although we add the new user in the domain and in the active directory.

Question 2 :
the user which are add and appearing in the active directory dialog box
through which we can add in the enterprise resource pool but there emails
are not appearing although we have added emails of those users in the active
directory of domain.

When you are adding users through the active directory synchronisation

Are you adding them through the server configuration page - this adds the
resources to the resource pool

Be sure you are adding the group with the correct naming convention e.g.
group@domain

Also, check the status of the last synch to check that the synchronisation
was successful ... this is immediately above the Active Directory synch
settings

Note: you can synch through the groups but these are added as user accounts
only - if you want enterprise resources - use the server configuration page.
