about to delete tasks which have recieved hours

Hi,

those tasks in project in which the users have submitted timesheet entries
and manager approved those entries .

if i want to delete those tasks from project through project professional
theses tasks are not deleting and displaying dialog boxes.

"Cannot delete or reassign tasks or assignments with protected actuals.
This task/assignment has protected actuals so it cannot be deleted
/reassigned."

how i can delete those tasks because manager dont need those tasks .
