about to remove the hours from project

Hi,

when I enter 4.5 hours in the task of administrative project and want to
remove it from there .

first I enter into the account of user and remove the hours from there and
update the task to manager.

second I enter the project web access of manager account and update this
task to project professional and save the administrative project .
and then when I see the report from project professional it is still showing
the 4.5 hours there .
and when I try to remove from there it is displaying a message that it will
out of synchronize from time sheet .
I am so astonishing with this behaviour of Project server

Pls tell me the solution.
