about to upload documents in the documents folder which must be public for all users

Hi,

when I upload documents which are related with project .
and only see those users which are team members in that project.
but when I upload documents it must be access to all others employees
that means they must be public for all.
how it can be possible.

You could make the public documents site open to everyone in the organisation:

Go to Project Web Access and select admin from the menu bar
Go to Manage Sharepoint Sites
Click on the public documents link at the bottom of the screen
This will open the public documents site
Select Site settings in the top menu bar
Select manage users
Click the Add Users in the action bar
Add a domain group e.g. <domain>\domain users - this would add any user
within the domain to access this site

All non project users will have to enter the URL direclty or follow a link
from the intranet etc.

But the documents in the library will be open to all users

Project Web Access users can access the site either through the PWA or
through the URL
