About updates in MSP_VIEW_PROJ_TASK_TP_BY_DAY

Hi,

I am trying to know when and how the MSP_VIEW_PROJ_TASK_TP_BY_DAY table is
updated, in my experience wich several projects, I have some of them that
are updated few minutes after project is saved or published, others that are
updated hours later and others that have lost the updated process since
several days.

Any help?
