About View-only mode for Office Web Components

Project Server 2003 with SP2a

In the Portfolio Analyzer, I used to be able to interact with the views. Not
any more. I don't remember when it started happening but in between, the only
things that I think may affected it was:
1. SP2a was installed
2. The OLAP cube was dropped and rebuilt (roles were added back afterwards).

I tried uninstalling the OWC and install Project Professional 2003, hoping
that would give me the interactive version of the OWC but still no good.

Any ideas?
