About Windows Mail configuration

What do i do?
Gives me this message:

"A ligação ao servidor falhou. Conta: 'pop3.yahoo.com', Servidor:
'pop3.yahoo.com', Protocolo: POP3, Porta: 110, Secure(SSL): Não, Erro de
Socket: 10060, Número do Erro: 0x800CCC0E"

I don't know how to configure this....i tried other accounts like hotmail,
gmail....
(hope anyone here can give me a hint - sorry to be in portuguese!)
