About Windows XP

at the moment I have window 98 and soon I'll be updating
to windows xp. Is it possible for me to have office 97 on
windows xp or isnt it going to work?

If you have broadband, download & run this:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/howtobuy/upgrading/advisor.asp

If you already have the CD, run
winnt32 /checkupgradeonly
in the i386 folder. It will run the upgrade advisor without installing XP.

Office 97 will run just fine on Windows XP.

Occasionally, after installing Office 97 on Windows XP or Windows 2000, a
user will receive the following message: "Microsoft Access can't start
because there is no license for it on this machine." This problem is due,
of all things, to a font. The fix for that problem, should it occur, is
