The company I'm working for has set ap an enterprise resource pool, with an
absence plan as one of the projects.
Has anyone experienced this before? (I am new to EPM)
The dificulty were having is ensuring each day booked off does not impact on
any others (currently it is booking 0.6 of the next day off as well)
Are there any best practices or advice on how to manage an absence plan in
this way?
Is there a better way of monitoring teams/departments absence in project?
