Academic literature management within OneNote

I am trying to organize interdisciplinary literature into a format that
resembles an annotated bibliography -- with citation, title, etc., as well as
specialized search terms derived for the project I am using this information
for, search terms from different search engines, URLs to on-line sources,
etc. While exploring options, I found OneNote, which appears very promising.
Has anyone using OneNote adapted it to include an annotated bibliography or
a literature citation system? Can another product specifically for citations
called "Endnote" be used in OneNote, as it can in Word? I'm swimming in
information and welcome advice. Thanks.

Susan,
I use One Note in research constantly. However I have not set up any preset
bibliographical forms. It should be easy to do however. OneNote works great
with Word. I have not used EndNote. I use StyleEase because my doctoral
program uses APA. Hope this helps.
