Academic Versions

I was wondering about buying an academic version of
Office 2003 Professional. If I purchase it from
Spellsoftware.com - they say i will need to submit my
details to you after purchase, but I would like to know
what details these will be and do I qualify? I am a 16
year old full-time grammar school studnet current doing
GCSEs in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Does this mean I
qualify and can buy the software or not?

Thanks,
Simon Hunter

Yes you qualify, you can also buy from any PC store, eg pc world etc.
You get a box containing a form to be filled in and counter signed by yr
school/ establishment.
This form is then submitted to MS, by you, they in turn send you the cd.
You do not get any help books, cd only, though the app contains the usual
help files.

PS this is a peer to peer public newsgroup, and *not* part of MS
You may also find it easier to use Outlook Express as yr newsreader, as
apposed to web access.
