Acc2000 to Acc97

Hi,

Peculiar problem:

I have MS Office 2000 installed on my m/c with Windows
OS. I uninstall this and install Office 97 (older
version). After installation, I cannot use MS Access. I
get this message-
"License key does not exist for Access on this machine"

Access opens fine if I install Off 97 on a m/c without
Off 2000 installed priorly.
