How do I get the Spanish accented alphabet to appear in
Word?

Elizabeth,

Look in Word help for "Insert symbols or special characters", then choose
the "typing international characters" entry. This help entry will show you
the keyboard shortcuts required to produce the various accented characters,
etc. required in Spanish (and other languages).
