Accept all tracked changes?

Someone please tell me that there is a quick way to
either supress the changes/edits in a document (not the
balloons; I know how to do that), or accept all of them
without having to go through every single one.

On the Reviewing toolbar is a button for Accept Change. Click on the arrow
beside that, and you'll get a menu that includes "Accept All Changes in
Document."
