Accept file with Security check

I am using Microsoft Expression Web.

I would like to allow a person to leave their resume on the Employment Page
of our site. For security reasons, I like the application that requires a
person to enter a random security code that is generated to protect our
site. Is this possible with Expression applications/scripts?

You would have to custom write this or locate a pre-written employment application based on what
database and scripting language is supported by your web host.

Question: How would a random generate security code protect your site?
