Accept Time one week at a time

Is there any way a workplan manager can accept time one week at a time? We
have come across an issue that a resource will put time to a task for 2
weeks. We would like to accept the time for the first week but reject it
for the second. Is it possible to accept part of the time to a task and
reject the second half?

If your organization were to use the Managed Time Periods feature of Project
Server, you could limit resources to entering time only in the active time
period. If you don't use this feature, then you must make this a training
and performance issue with the team member. My question to you, therefore,
is why this team member has been permitted to do this for as long as he/she
has been doing this. Teach your resources how to enter actuals correctly
according to your organization's methodologies for tracking progress, and
then you MUST hold them accountable for their performance. Deal
appropriately with those who will not comply. Hope this helps.
