Acceptance by the PM

I need to run a query that looks at an employee's timesheet for a given
period and determines - at the task level - whether or not the time has been
accepted by the PM. All daily entries must be accepted for the task to be
considered accepted. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Sorry, I guess my first post wasn't very clear. I need to run this query on
the database itself. It's part of a custom notification tool.
