Accepted meeting requests showing up in delegate's calendar

Hi,

I'm facing the following problem. Our CEO has given delegated control
over his calendar to his secretary. She receives all meeting requests
and replies to the requests. Problem is, the meetings are scheduled in
het calendar and not in the CEO's calendar.

Since I'm quite clueless where to start looking, does anyone have some
good suggestions. The environment is Outlook 2000 on a Windows 2000
network with Exchange 2000.
