Accepting time

We have the case where a PM may not be able to accept time and needs another
PM to do it for them. I understand the concept of changing managers on a
schedule. However, that only seems to work for any new time logged against
tasks. What about time logged before the new PM took responsibility? How
can that time be processed into the schedule?

If you are using Project Server 2002, the previous PM must accept all
updates before the new PM takes over as the manager of the project. If you
are using Project Server 2003, the system will automatically transfer
unprocessed updates to the new PM. Hope this helps.
