Access 2000 and MSOWCF.DLL

Am using Access 2000 (and 97) on Windows 2000 Pro.

Tried using the "ROUNDUP" function in a query and got the ?NAME error. Help
explains you need to install MSOWCF.DLL which I have done (and tried
registering using REGSVR32) but this function (and it's associates) still
won't work.

I have even tried adding it in "References" but it still doesn't want to
play.

Any ideas how to resolve this "feature"?
