Access 2000 at Startup

Just wondering if anyone could help me with a problem in
Access. Everytime I start Access 2000, which was
installed with the Office 2000 Suite, it runs through the
Office 2000 Configuration, as if it is being run for the
first time. I've uninstalled Office and reinstalled again
as well as installed all of the Office Updates. Is there a
reason that this is still popping up everytime Access 2000
starts? I've checked all of the other applications within
Office 2000 and they start without the Office
Configuration process. Any Ideas????

do you hvae local admin rights? if not try logging on as the local admin
adn running Access a few times and see if it does it for the local admin
everytime.
