access 2000 cannot access

I have a computer that will not open an access program
Says cannot access "previous version of application"

The same application runs fine on another pc just like it.

Has windows 2000 service pack 4 all updates applied.

Any suggestions.

I have made an mde of it also and did not help

This sounds like the message you get when you try and open a
database created in a previous version of Access. Do you
have the same Access versions on both?
