Access 2000 -Conditional formatting of a form textbox by programing.

Does anyone have a good example of the code used to setup
conditional formating of a form textbox? I want to set
the backgroud color depending on the the value in the text
box. The conditions will be a value greater then.. and
less then...

Access help did not give quite enough info.
