Access 2000 error not enough memory

I have 288 mg of ram, yet when I use Access 2000 to create
a database, I get an error message stating that I don't
have enough memory to save changes. I checked my
resourses and it shows that I have 53% available when this
message appears. Makes no sense to me. I have to keep re-
booting to get any work done. Any thoughts?????

Hi,

How much free HD space do you have? Access needs a lot.
Also, delete as much as you can from your TEMP folder -
too may files do strange things.

There are all types of memory (and other resources which are called memory).
The biggest problems in this area come when using a picture in gif format as
the background picture of a form. Could that be your problem?
