Access 2000 Formatting Text And Merging Into Publisher 2000

Zack

Hello,
I want to create a database in Microsoft Access 2000
so that I can send the table data to Microsoft Publisher
2000. I want to set up 54 code names to be used as ROW
headers for the database so I can mail merge into
Microsoft Publisher 2000. Since Word 2000 is forcing me to
make the headers as COLUMNS, I need another way to solve
my requirements. I don't want column headers. I want
row headers.

**EXAMPLE OF WHAT I DID WANT**

WORD 2000 TABLE
====================================================
CODE Puzzle Puzzle Puzzle Puzzle
NAME 1 2 3 4
---- ------ ------ ------ ------
A1 data data data data
A6 data data data data
A11 data data data data
D1 data data data data
D5 data data data data
D10 data data data data
====================================================

1) I want to preset the text line formatting
with paragraph line points before certain
lines. Can it be done in Access 2000?

2) I want the preset line formatting to show
up in Microsoft Publisher 2000 without
having to do it by hand after a merge.

3) I want to be able to have more than 1 line
of text for each field. Is there a way to
press the ENTER key while entering data
without Access 2000 thinking I want to go
on to the next field to enter data. Example:

CODE DATA
==== ===============================
A1 A Small Child May[ENTER KEY]
Want To Do This On[ENTER KEY]
His Birthday If It[ENTER KEY]
Is Raining Outside.[ENTER KEY]

A6 Sewer Skills Are[ENTER KEY]
Needed For This Task.[ENTER KEY]

Help Please,
Zack (e-mail address removed)
