Access 2000 installed over Office XP, without Access

can Access2000 be installed on a system running Windows
XP and Office XP. During Office XP setup Access XP was
not installed. While I know I can probably load Access
2000 in a diferent folder, I was wondering if there is a
licensing issue or license registration issue as when you
load Access97 over Office 2000 and have to rename the
hatten file and reload.
