Access 2000 Lookup music CD contents from a Web Service with VBA

In my Access 2000 database, I have a form that uses VBA code to look up the
number of tracks on a CD and the total time of the CD. Now, I was wondering
if there was a way to use VBA or API's to go out to the Internet and download
the Artist/Title/Track Song Titles/etc... of what is on the CD, much like
Windows Media Player does if you are connected to the Internet.

Has anyone done this and can provide sample code?
