Access 2000 on a Network

I am running an Access 2000 Database on my Windows 2000
based PC.

Is it possible for other PCs that run Windows NT to
connect to this database via TCP/IP LAN without installing
Access 2000 on these computers ?

Best get on some good sites and start reading all of the
ways this can be done

Unless you are running terminal server, the answer is no.

You could use the Office Developers Edition to create and install an
Access runtime on the other PCs.
