Access 2000 on Win2K help

Hello
I'm trying to use the help function in MS Access. It works
mostly OK but there are two strange behaviours

1. When I click the QueryDef link, I'm asked to install
the help-files. I have tried to install and uninstall but
it makes no difference. This problem appears to as being a
corrupt helpfile.

2. When I click "non underlined links", only a clicking
sound is heard from the speakers, but otherwise nothing
happens i.e. I'm not taken to the link. This problem
appear to me as being some problem with the Java run-time.



Anybody any idea

Are you possibly using a Pop-up stopper? I had this same problem and that
was it!

1) Shut off the Pop-up Program in IE

2) Give it a try again.
