Access 2000/Outlook2000 Hanging Users

We are using a dbase to deliver new reports to mobile
users. Using an autoexec (runcode and quit) and we hide
the dbase window, we transferdbase the reports, then want
to email a notification back to us (with their comments).

Using SendObject the email window comes up ok and if users
press 'send' the mail is sent and they are quit out of the
dbase.

BUT, if they exit out of email without sending, we see:

"The SendObject action was canceled. You used a method of
the DoCmd object to carry out an action in Visual Basic,
but then clicked cancel in a dialog box. For example, you
used the Close method to close a changed form, then
clicked Cancel in the dialog box that asks if you want to
save the changes you made to the form."

If you now click OK you see another shorter message
that "The SendObject action was canceled." Hit OK again
and see:

"You can't exit Microsoft Access now. If you're running a
Visual basic module that is using OLE or DDE, you may need
to interrupt the module. "

Hit OK again and try File Close (it is greyed out), and if
you try to close out using the window close (x) and/or
File Exit you continue to get the "You can't exit
Microsoft Access now.
If you're running a Visual......"

You have to kill the application , many times, from the
task Manager.

Is anyone else getting this?
Can I limit use to just the send key in outlook in this
scenario?
Can I stop it from happening in the first place?

Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.
