Access 2000 Problem In XP

I'm having a problem with the DeleteObject and CopyObject
under XP. The VBA code runs once just fine but the next
time it runs it fails stating that the form "Switchboard"
was not found. The reason it wasn't found was a
DeleteOject command deleted it but it was suppose to be
recreated by a CopyObject but that process is failing for
some reason. It runs fine under Win 2000 operating system.

I'm running Office 2000
