Access 2000 - Property Field Size

I need to change the "field size" property in linked
tables. When I attenpt to modify in normal fashion, I get
the following message: "This property can't be modified in
linked tables."
I know there must be a way to get around that. Any advise
would be appreciated.

You have to make that change in the database where the table actually
resides.

Yes. Open the Back-End database and modify the design of
the local Table (which is the linked Table at the Front-
End).
