Access 2000 report "format" function

Hi, I am trying to run a report from an old Access 97
template, and while the report itself comes out ok (text)
the graph won't display and it gives me an error for an
undefined"format" function.

It then says that "an error has occured in sending data to
the OLE server....application used to create the object."
I suspect that is could also be the problem.

Can anyone help? Thanks.

Possibly you need to update the References to use the proper version of MS
Graph. Open any Module, and on the menu of the module window, Tools |
References. If any are marked "Missing", uncheck them, and try again. You
may have to browse to find some of them that actually are needed. It may not
be the reference to the library that includes Format -- References are like
apples: one bad one can spoil the whole barrel.
