Access 2000 Runtime package and deployment

Hi,

Does anyone know if the compatibility issues with Windows 2000 and MS Office
2000 Package and Deployment wizard have been resolved yet?
i.e. when you try and install the package on a Windows 2000 machine it
continually reboots as certain files are in use, temp directory not on
client machine etc.

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 191096 explains that you need to do a
work around but I'd rather not waste time doing this if there is an updated
version.

Failing that does anyone know of any other deployment packages for shipping
MS Access 2000 apps.

Service Pack 4 fixes the problem in VB6.0 which uses the same package and
deployment wizard. Would this fix the problem with access 2000?
