Access 2000-Slow over Network

Hi

I have aapplication built with Access 2000 as backend, the
problem am facing is; while working on the application the
connectivity or access data from the server has become
very slow, but if i work on the server it works very fast,
i want to improve the data access speed in the client PC,
how can i achive this.............can somebody help me plz

Split the database so you get a frontend and backend database and then link the frontend to the backend, that should be a better solution.
