Access 2000 to mail handler

I want to make Outlook Express my default mail handler
from Access 2000. This has been fine in the past, now I'm
running XPhome it seems to insist I use Outlook. There
appears to be no way of selecting outlook express?

If you open outlook express it will ask you if you want this to be your
default mail program. You can also do this within Internet Explorer by going
into programs and select OE as your email program..
