I am using Access 2000 SR-3 and my VBA help file is only

partially functional. Many topics listed seem to have no
link and some links lock my machine for a few seconds
while they 'find' themselves. I found a couple of
references to a fix but I can't find the fix. I have
repaired my office installation a couple of times but no
