Does anyone know of a document that lists the
changes/enhancements from Access 2000 through 2003? I'd
also be interested in hearing the experiences of those who
have upgraded.

Hello,

You can go to following website to see some of the enhancements and features
in Access 2003. Try out the trial version of Access 2003.

http://office.microsoft.com/home/default.aspx

Select Access under Microsoft Office heading on left hand side of the
window.

Access 2003 will require you to pay a further $400 or so for "Digital
Certificates", or set Macro Security to low, is what I read. Access 2002(XP)
is the latest reasonable version.

You could try Microsoft documentation at:
"Office 2003 Support Centre"
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?pr=off2003
....or the MS knowledgebase http://search.support.microsoft.com/ where you can
find a bunch of issues already on Access2003.

On previous releases of Microsoft products, sensible people have waited for at
least SP1 of a new Microsoft release.
