access 2000 vs. access xp

sally

hi,

i've been running office 2000 on windows '98; last year i
set up a dabatase in access 2000; i'm about to get a new
computer with windows xp; i plan to also get office
professional 2003

if i open up the current database (created in access 2000)
in access professional 2003, will it run? or will serious
modifications to the database need to be made?

also, if there is a problem with it, can i run access 2000
in the windows xp environment?

thanx for your help

By default both Access 2002 and 2003 still use the Access 2000 file format so it
should work just fine.
