Access 2000 Where is it?

A couple of years ago I needed a database and "found" Access 2000 on my XP
Home edition - somewhere. Now I would like to design another database without
disturbing the original but I can't find the programme design page. Can
anybody help and tell me where I should look?

Start your current database while holding down the shift key, so you are in
design mode
Select File: New from the menu.

Or Click Start , All Programs and look for the Access application.
