Access 2000 wizards 'feature isn't installed' HELP!!!

The wizards in Access 2000 all error with "Feature isn't
installed". I have un-installed, re-installed, followed
the 1 KB article, installed Office2000 SP3, took the read-
only attribute off the wizard MDEs, re-named the MDEs and
ran "repair" from the install disk...still can't run any
wizards. HELP !!!

I have WindowsXP Pro SP1, Office2000 Pro SP3

I know that sometimes they don't load if you don't load Visual Basic
functions. When you did the reinstall did you check that? I think it's
available if you select custom install...

Yes I custom-installed the entire Access suite
(selected "Access" and chose "Run ALL from my computer")
